The Garden of Hope was first opened in 1997 to provide sanctuary, natural beauty, and serenity for cancer patients and their families during their visits to the Centre. In 2014, The Hope Ball was held to raise the funds needed for the Garden revitalization project. Thanks to the generous support of our donors, the garden will continue to serve those who need it most for generations to come.
My daughter, at the age of 26, was diagnosed with cancer. While waiting for her chemo appointment, we would go into the Garden of Hope and just enjoy its beauty because we knew that for the next four days after her treatment, life wasn’t as beautiful. So thank you for doing whatever you can to help add a little more beauty and hope to the lives of those touched by cancer
